Meet Mukarram Ali
Mukarram Ali, Senior Tax Manager at Tax Return Filers, oversees the preparation and review of personal and corporate tax filings, making sure every return that leaves the firm is accurate, complete, and filed on time. He works closely with clients throughout the year, not just at filing season, handling CRA correspondence, adjustments, and the day to day questions that come with running a business or managing cross border tax obligations.
Mukarram manages a portfolio of individual and business clients, coordinating the full cycle of a file from the first document request through to filing and any follow up with CRA. His work spans T1 personal returns, T2 corporate returns, HST filings, and the reassessments and adjustments that come after, translating CRA notices and deadlines into a clear set of next steps for the client.
Much of his day is spent as the direct point of contact for the people whose files he handles. Clients reach him by phone or email and get answers from someone who already knows their situation, rather than starting over each time.
