Meet Narinder Singh
Narinder Singh, CPA, CGA, leads corporate tax and financial reporting at Tax Return Filers, with more than 20 years across accounting, governance, and strategic advisory. He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he worked in governance, internal controls, and financial oversight, and that early grounding in precision still shapes how he handles a file. From T2 corporate returns to the financial statements behind them, he brings large firm discipline to the businesses TRF serves across Canada.

Narinder’s work centers on the corporate side of tax. He prepares and reviews T2 filings, builds the notice to reader and compilation engagements that sit underneath them, and plans around current federal and provincial corporate rates so a business keeps more of what it earns. For owner managed corporations, he handles the salary versus dividend decisions, the small business deduction eligibility, and the year end planning that determines a company’s tax position well before the filing deadline arrives.
His background reaches beyond compliance. As a Chartered Professional Accountant with a B.Com Honours and two decades of practice, Narinder has advised businesses through financial modelling, valuation, and the reporting that lenders and investors rely on. That experience means a corporate client at Tax Return Filers gets more than a return filed on time. They get an accountant who reads the financial statements the way a CFO would, and who can flag the numbers that matter before they become a problem.
For incorporated professionals, growing companies, and established businesses across Canada, working with Narinder means having a corporate tax specialist who understands both the compliance and the strategy behind it. He connects the T2 return to the wider financial picture, so the filing supports the business rather than just satisfying the CRA.
